According to the differences in substrate and performance, 3M double-sided adhesive can be divided into the following categories:

‌VHB ™ Adhesive tape (Very High Bonding)
Belonging to high-strength acrylic foam double-sided adhesive, it can persistently bond various materials such as metal, glass, plastic, etc., and even maintain stable adhesion in extreme environments. Suitable for fields such as building curtain walls, signage installation, and home appliance assembly, the adhesive strength increases over time and can absorb vibrations.

Foam substrate double-sided tape (such as 4026, 4032 series)
It has good buffering and adhesion properties, suitable for uneven surfaces or scenes that require shock absorption, such as air conditioning, car interiors, office furniture, etc. The thickness is generally between 0.4-1.0mm, and the long-term temperature resistance is 80-93 ℃.

PET substrate double-sided tape (such as 9495LE, 9495MP)
Good temperature resistance and strong shear resistance, commonly used for bonding precision components such as LCD screens, decorative parts, nameplates, etc., suitable for assembly of electronic devices and audio-visual products.

Non substrate double-sided adhesive tape (such as 467MP, 468MP)
Carrier free design, ultra-thin and transparent, suitable for thickness sensitive applications such as internal components of mobile phones, flexible circuit boards, etc., with long-term temperature resistance up to 120-145 ℃.

Non woven substrate double-sided tape (such as 9448A)
Good adhesion effect on rubber, PP plastic and rough surfaces, commonly used for pasting nameplates, insulation sheets, home appliance panels, etc.
